The Root canal treatment is also known as Endodontics . It is the part of the dentistry that deals with the diagnosis and prevention of the diseases and injuries of dental pulp. Steps of root canal Treatment :

• An opening is made through the crown, to reach the pulp chamber .
• The pulp is removed, the root canal is cleaned, enlarged and prepared to be filled. Normally, between one session and the other on the tooth cavity is put the dough provisional.
• The pulp chamber and root canals are filled and permanently sealed with a biocompatible material.
• A pin of metal or carbon is placed in the canal of the tooth to give support to its reconstruction.
• The crown of the tooth can be covered with a capsule in order to avoid fractures.
